Description

Clouver Paperless eliminates the need for manual printing, distribution, and filling out of production sheets by displaying all order information digitally on the machine's touch panel. Machine operators can easily send back relevant information about produced parts with a few clicks. This digital order management significantly saves time and labor for production staff and managers during data analysis. How Clouver Paperless Works The ERP system sends the production order list to the machines' SmartKits and TouchPanels. The SmartKits transfer the list to Clouver, displaying it on the dashboard. When a job starts, the operator taps it on the TouchPanel, and the SmartKit updates Clouver, other machines, and the ERP system. Upon job completion, details like the number of parts produced are entered into the TouchPanel with a click.
