NON ivasive pressure mesurement in container

In non-invasive pressure measurement in tanks and containers, the expansion of the tank wall is transferred to the container wall by internal pressure or gravitational pressure and leads to mechanical expansion. Even if this expansion is minimal, the sensor is sensitive enough to detect this and relate it to the internal pressure or fill level. This makes it possible to measure the internal pressure or fill level in containers without penetrating them

For non-invasive measurement of the internal pressure, the SI strain gauge is applied to the outside of the pipe. The material expansion caused by the internal pressure is recorded by the SI strain gauge and the internal pressure is interpreted as a result. By applying it to pipe walls or container walls of different thicknesses, it is possible to record wide pressure ranges.
