A Micro Lens Array (MLA) is a device consisting of a series of tiny lenses arranged in a grid or other pattern, used to focus light onto an array of detectors or to focus light from an array of sources. The lenses are usually made of plastic and can be very small, often just a few microns in size. MLAs can be used in cameras, microscopes, and other imaging systems to improve image resolution and contrast.
