An optofluidic chip is a microfluidic device that combines optics and microfluidics in order to detect, analyze and manipulate biological molecules and particles. By integrating an optical system with a microfluidic chip, individual molecules and particles can be tracked in real time and their properties and behavior can be observed and studied. Optofluidic chips are used in a variety of applications, such as medical diagnostics, environmental monitoring, drug delivery and bioprocessing.
... Optofluidic Bioassay’s on-a-chip antibody test is moderately priced, and thus making it the most feasible option for hospitals, clinics, and even pharmacies. ...
... The Beacon Quest™ is an automated 2-chip optofluidic system that allows you to run thousands of miniaturized single-cell assays in parallel and then recover cells of interest. ...
... In these studies, they have detected and identified the virus S-Protein in quantities at 40 femtogram per millilitre (“Fg/mL”) at close to 100% sensitivity and specificity on DeepVerge’s Microtox® BT nano-optofluidic chip. ...
... -based, on-chip optical manipulation has emerged as an inexpensive and compact alternative.3–10 We have conducted unique optical manipulation, trapping, and sensing applications using an optofluidic chip based on liquid-core antiresonant-reflecting optical waveguide (ARROW) technology. ...
... Optofluidic chip fabricated in fused silica comprised of a microreactor with integrated optical sensor for measurement of absorption at 405 and 532 nm. ...
