Our client offers a wide and extensive range of insurance solutions and is basically settled in San Francisco. Their aim was to offer their customers with a rich quality of insurance products through a highly organized customer service. Why did they approach us? Our client came to know about us with the help of their marketing department. They required an efficient back office team and the accurate data entry of a bulk of insurance applications. Our Role The client faced a lot of challenges while dealing with the form processing and the data entry as the number of applications was increasing on a daily basis. They wanted us to do the task of data entry from the insurance applications into the risk evaluation system. The primary challenge lies in understanding the pre-defined database and templates of spreadsheets. Apart from data entry, our team had to give a special attention to the calculation phase which was necessary for the various areas of applications. Our Process To achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we assigned the task to a team of four data entry specialists, who are well-versed with the execution process. They captured the data from the hard copy of the application forms accurately. The team was in a continuous contact with the client, so as to ensure a flawless output at every stage. Our client was highly satisfied with the degree of efficiency and productivity.

Our client was a reputed research organization, based in the USA. They belonged to the Education industry and was dealing with numerous data conversion on a daily basis. Why did they approach us? They approached us for converting the PSD format of few documents into HTML format so that it will be successfully uploaded to the website. Our Role We coded the HTML as per the needs and requirements of our clients and ensure to make certain significant elements to be responsive and functional. Though the project seemed to be a simple one, it involved a lot of challenges. But our efficient and professional team made the mission turn out to be a smooth one. The PSD files offered to us lacked the expected quality and clarity. Before initiating the HTML conversion process, we had to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the data. Our Process We undertook certain measures to deliver the output within the mentioned time, without making a compromise on the output quality. We created a team which consisted of the professionals belonging to the conversion domain. They were provided with excellent training, so as to make their task easy. Before initiating, we confirmed about the client’s requirements. The next stage involved the adapted and modified coding, as per the feedback obtained by the client. Our client was a German-based company, having its base in Hamburg. Basically, their job was to offer the venue details for their clients. They required a partner who would assist them to launch their website with the help of effective data mining services. Why did they approach us? Our client wanted us to extract the data from various countries regarding certain venues wherein the business/professional meetings can be carried out. They believed in our capabilities and hence, approached us with their requirements. Our Role The client wanted us to focus on the various business purpose venues across the world and to list out the name of the venue, location, and pricing. But unlike the projects that we handled recently, this one had certain challenges involved. It was a time-consuming task as different kinds of related information were supposed to be collected in a short while. On the other hand, the client was preparing to launch their website with the mix of our data mining services. Our Process Before starting up with the task, we offered our client with a short sample work and fortunately, they were highly satisfied with our trial. Nearly 10-15 resources were applied to finish off with this project. Initially, the team created a list of venues in various countries including the images of each venue. The details extracted were uploaded for further quality check and also, to gain the consent of the client. The client was offered with the regular and instant update about the project. The project was completed with nearly 99.95% of accuracy and it met the needs of the clients on-time. Our speedy delivery of output led them to a quicker creation of their website.
