Some of our services include full design & manufacture, tooling designs, patterns, mould making, painting and lacquering and full FAIR test reporting. We are an ISO9001:2015 accredited company capable of small one-off projects to large scale production runs. We provide a full composite design service including patterns, tooling design, reverse engineering and part/component design. We are able to provide a prototyping service which allows for proof of concept, testing and visual conformation. We are able to provide machining services with our Thermwood 5-axis and HAAS 3+1 CNC machines. We are able to machine Carbon sheet & parts, alloy, steel, wood, CML epoxy block and a range of other materials. We are able to repair almost any composite item from bikes to Carbon Fibre car body panels to yacht spineaker masts.
