HYPABOXES are extremely lightweight, durable and weatherproof boxes used in cycling logistics. The HYPABOX is made exclusively from polypropylene (PP) honeycomb panels. The HYPABOX supports a modern and urban delivery culture with zero emissions. That is why we are able to offer special novel solutions – in close collaboration with our customers and our in-house research and development team. And yet it is built to last: Our exclusively developed fittings as well as the entire box have been tested for durability – based on specifications of the automotive industry. PP offers versatile mouldability and contains zero plasticizers. This is something no other manufacturer can offer. We use recyclable materials and make sure our production is sustainable – based in a German workshop.

A lower cost unit designed for lighter weight products typically retail and fashion e-commerce. PALLITE® PIX® provides us with a flexible, adjustable option in contrast to more conventional, rigid or fixed methods.

The use of wooden boxes for transporting and storing diamond core samples created a number of difficulties, which were common to many companies in the mining industry. Core Case developed new products for this task, which offered a new alternative to the market, that solves these issues and brings other benefits. Core Case’s boxes and accessories are produced in 100% recycled and recyclable plastic (Polypropylene – PP). They also reduce the impact on the environment by reducing reliance on wood and reducing the amount of plastic waste, by recycling it for the manufacturing of the cases. What’s more, Core Case continues to invest heavily in technology and innovation.

Kübox is an incredibly strong, lightweight, easy-to-assemble shipping container. The result of award-winning innovation, world-class packaging design, and aerospace engineering. Created with simple yet innovative technology using mostly paper, it assembles in 1/10 of the time it takes to assemble a wood crate. Kübox won a DuPont Award for Innovative Product in Sustainability. Specifically designed to be used more than once, enabling an eco-friendly alternative.

We manufacture a wide range of box sizes, from the standard cases 0201 and 0203, along with crash lock base cases, large wraps, cardboard pallets and produce trays. We are using cardboard that is made from 80% recycled materials and 20% wood from sustainable sources registered with the Forest Stewardship Council.
