We are a market leader in the high-end power chip market (SiC and 300mm silicon horizontal thermal reactor), developing and supplying essential equipment and consumables used in the semiconductor industry. Through BTU International, we manufacture and sell advanced thermal processing systems used in the solder reflow and curing stages of printed circuit board assembly, as well as systems for thermal processes. We sell these products to semiconductor and automotive component manufacturers worldwide, particularly in Asia, North America and Europe. Amtech's products are recognized under the leading brand names BTU International, Bruce TechnologiesTM, and PR HoffmanTM. Through our premier brand, PR Hoffman, we manufacture and sell a wide range of products, including substrate carriers, and substrate polishing templates. Our subsidiary Bruce Technologies manufactures and sells 200mm and 300mm horizontal diffusion and deposition furnaces designed to address several steps in the semiconductor manufacturing process. Our business segments are made up of our four wholly-owned subsidiaries, which manufacture and sell our products under the leading premier brand names: BTU International, Entrepix Inc., PR Hoffman™, and Intersurface Dynamics.
