We provide trafficking survivors and other at risk and vulnerable workers in Cambodia with training, support and safe employment in our ethical and sustainable factory. Instead, we are creating a network of small, localised digitally enabled sewing hubs with 30-50 workers each supporting a team of outworkers sewing from home in neighbouring communities. We are the clothing manufacturers of choice for a growing number of fashion and apparel customers. We aim to disrupt the global clothing manufacturing model where thousands of workers are forced into unsafe, overcrowded workplaces to mass produce low quality garments, worn for a season and tossed. We give them the training they need to build their strengths and we provide opportunities for them to exercise those strengths in the workplace. We create beautiful well-made products for our customers. We manage the end to end garment manufacturing process for you.
