In April 2023, Brookvine was acquired by Associate Global Partners Limited, an ASX-listed (ASX:APL) multi-boutique asset management firm that partners with investment managers to provide a contemporary marketing distribution platform, offering access to the retail, wholesale, and institutional investment market in Australia. It was established in 2007 and had a pioneering approach in Australian equities management – identifying each company’s fundamental profit drivers with quantitative implementation. Brookvine was a shareholder in BSWP and played a significant role in the funding of the business, development of the organisation and the marketing of its investment offers.
