Connectiv’s was born in 2012 based on the awareness of Stewart Caddick, founder of RCD and retail connoisseur, that technological and mobile disruption is continuously changing consumer behaviours and expectations while altering the face of retail. Connectiv was therefore brought to life to deliver the forward-thinking digitised retail blueprints thoughtfully designed by RCD. To break the connectivity paradox, seamlessly blending the physical and digital aspects of engaging customer experiences, creating unique commercial advantage for our clients. The Connectiv way of working and delivering transformational outcomes is guided by our Connectology framework and design for results principle.
