CES was founded in 1996 in Asse by Bart and Paul Blommaert, and by now it has grown into a team of 40 specialists in the technical engineering field, spread out across four locations. In 2014, CES acquired IBAM, a company specialized in sustainability. In 2015, CES started up facility services and opened a new office in Limburg. CES offers a consultant service in the field of energy, technical installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, sanitary fittings, fire safety, elevators etc,..) and processing. For new buildings, CES offers the entire mission of design, building and environmental permit demands, studies, detailed implementation and as-built plans, regulations, bills of quantity based on optimized techniques keeping effectivity, quality and efficiency in consideration. CES offers a complete facility management for existing buildings, including maintenance of existing technical installations, technical audits, renovation of technical installations in accordance with the current environmental demands. CES also offers assistance concerning regularization for building and environmental permits. CES is an independent private engineering office, realizing added value to our clients.
