Full Spectrum Flow Cytometry Systems | Discover the Advantages | Cytek Biosciences
Conventional flow cytometers have difficulty distinguishing fluorochromes with highly overlapping peak emissions, severely limiting fluorochrome choice and multiplexing capability. Using full spectrum flow cytometry, our systems detect the entire fluorochrome emission, allowing researchers to run panels of up to 40 colors and beyond without sacrificing data resolution. By making bigger panels possible, spectral flow cytometry provides researchers more information from one tube and reduces the amount of tubes needed in an assay. This saves precious sample and reagent, reduces sample preparation and acquisition time, and reduces operating costs, allowing labs to run more efficiently. With Full Spectrum Profiling™, gone is the need to check and swap optical filters depending on the assay.

APC Anti-Mouse CD366 (TIM-3) (RMT3-23) | Cytek Biosciences
TDS | SDS The RMT3-23 antibody reacts with mouse CD366 which is also known as Tim-3 (T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain containing protein-3). Tim-3 is expressed on activated monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and mast cells. Additionally, Tim-3 is found on Th1 lymphocytes and functions as an inhibitory receptor involved in the maintenance of immune homeostasis and self tolerance. Name APC Anti-Mouse CD366 (TIM-3) (RMT3-23) Cat. No. 20-5870 Alternative Names Havcr2, TIM3, Timd3 Gene ID 171285 Clone RMT3-23 Isotype Rat IgG2a, κ Reactivity Mouse Format APC Application Flow Cytometry

cFluor® V505 Anti-Human HLA-DR (L243) | Cytek Biosciences
The L243 monoclonal antibody binds to the human HLA-DR antigen, a 36-kDa alpha heavy chain and a 27-kDa beta light chain heterodimeric cell surface glycoprotein in transmembrane major histocompatibility complex 2 (MHC II) family (1)(2). HLA-DR, also known as human leukocyte antigen DR isotype, is present on the surface of antigen-presenting cells, including B cells, dendritic cells, macrophages, monocytes and activate T cells. MHC class II regulates the immune system by playing a critical role in binding and presenting antigen-derived peptides to peptide-MHC II-specific CD4 T cells(3). The antibody was conjugated to a fluorophore and purified by affinity chromatography. PRODUCT DETAILS Clone: L243 Reactivity: Human, African Green, Baboon, Chimpanzee, Cynomolgus, Dog (Canine), Marmoset, Rhesus, Squirrel Monkey, Tamarin Format: cFluor® V505 Isotype: Mouse IgG2a, κ Tested Dilution: 5 μL / test Application: Flow Cytometry Storage: 2-8°C and protected from Light. Do not freeze Formulation: Phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA (BSA Country of Origin USA). Data Sheets: TDS SDS RECOMMENDED USAGE Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested using flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. Please briefly centrifuge the reagent vial before use. Use appropriate personal protective equipment per the product safety data sheet when using this product. redFluor™ 710 Anti-Human HLA-DR (L243) | Cytek Biosciences
TDS | SDS The L243 antibody reacts with a member of the human MHC Class II antigens, HLA-DR. The HLA-DR antigen is expressed on B lymphocytes, activated T lymphocytes, activated NK cells, monocytes, macrophages, other antigen presenting cells and progenitor cells. The L243 antibody is specific to an epitope on the alpha subunit of the heterodimeric HLA-DR protein and binds a different epitope than the LN3 antibody clone. It does not cross-react with HLA-DP or HLA-DQ. This antibody is reported to be cross-reactive with non-human primates including Chimpanzee, Cynomolgus, Rhesus and Baboon. Please choose the appropriate format for each application. Name redFluor™ 710 Anti-Human HLA-DR (L243) Cat. No. 80-9952 Gene ID 3122 Clone L243 Isotype Mouse IgG2a, κ Reactivity Human Cross Reactivity Chimpanzee, Cynomolgus, Rhesus, Baboon, Squirrel Monkey, African Green Monkey Format redFluor™ 710 Application Flow Cytometry
