Emovo Care

We are a Swiss robotic startup developing accessible assistive devices to bring movement home for people with motor impairments. We are a small team of engineers, independent designers and marketers, all deeply committed to putting innovation at the service of persons with disabilities. We are always looking for dedicated individuals who believe in our vision,feel free to reach out to us if you see fit.We regularly host students’ projects, M.Sc./M.Eng. Our first product is a portable orthosis that actively open and close the hand for people with limited hand function. We strive to involve our user in our entire product development journey, engage persons with disabilities in our operations, and foster community and co-creation through our sister association HackaHealth. Our system provides a natural sensation of moving the hand, through novel artificial tendons that can both actively open and close the fingers.
