Our resources and expertise suit us to provide unique value to companies with $5 million to $50 million in revenues, especially those with complexity or challenges around growth including procedures, resources, or management. We believe that the best investors tie their successes to those of their portfolio companies, and this alignment is embedded in our firm’s structure; we win only if our portfolio companies fundamentally grow and improve. And by limiting ourselves to just a handful of active investments, we are making a commitment to deep involvement and exceptional support of our portfolio partners.
