Our mission is to deliver cutting edge technology that drives the world’s transition to environmentally sustainable packaging. We are an engineering team with expertise on the thermoforming process with a passion for the technology that, after long experience and great success in design and installation of turn-key plants for leading packaging companies, are now excited to offer to the market our technology with innovative solutions to satisfy any costumer’s needs. FTT was founded in 2014 at the R&D center of the DOpla and FLO Groups, European leaders in disposable plastic packaging production, with the mission of developing fiber thermoforming technologies and bringing them up to “world-class” standards. Gruppo FLO was founded in 1973 as a manufacturer of automatic vending cups. Now is an international group dedicate to the production of single use tableware and food packaging in plastics, bioplastics, paper and pulp. A particular and growing area of activity is represented by the production of coffee capsules. Flo’s commitment is focused on supplying to customers all over Europe innovative, safe and sustainable products, thanks to a constant and high level of investments in R&D and quality. Gruppo DOpla is a leading player in tableware and food-packaging products headquartered in Italy and running an industrial footprint also articulated in Spain (Nupik) and Czech Republic (DOpla PAP) deploying an array of technologies including FTT’s machinery, enabling the group to offer a portfolio of solutions including natural fibres, cellulose pulp and paper, compostable and recyclable plastics.
