Shaun has worked in the capacity of tradesman, Leading Hand, Supervisor, OEM Structural Representative and Dragline/Shovel Service Department Foreman. Shaun’s position at IMS as Operational Manager is responsible for ensuring products and services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. Michael ensures projects are delivered Safely to the highest standard and on time. This offers complete transparency and clear client direction for repair. Located in Mackay IMS have 2 purpose built facilities, both with overhead cranes capable of 120Tonne Lifts and over 5,000m2 covered workshop floor area in which to work.
