Past engineering experience includes traditional roadway design, Alternative Delivery Roadway Design, RFP Contract Scoping, Project Development and Environmental Services, Traffic Engineering, Transportation Planning, Maintenance of Traffic Design, Drainage Design, Safety Assessments, Traffic Studies, Right-of-Way Analysis and Acquisition Assistance, Environmental Permitting and As-Built Construction Inspection. Rukholm is a Florida Registered Landscape Architect and International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist. Clark’s 20 years of experience in construction and construction project management make him a welcome addition to the team. Passe has over 38 years of experience in the field of geotechnical engineering and materials testing, 13 of which were spent working directly with the Florida Department of Transportation.
