We are equally happy to manage the design development element inhouse with our design managers and CAD/BIM teams, or to partner and work closely with industry leading MEP consultants. As the company started to expand, we adapted to the growing MEP services market and added an in-house electrical team in 1995 to enable MSL to provide a full Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health solution for our valued clients. Mark now manages and oversees the estimating department in the delivery of tenders through the traditional or 2-stage procurement route ensuring that our clients are provided with the requisite level of support throughout the pre-construction stage. We believe in the importance of building great relationships within the business and externally with our valued clients. MSL regards their Health & Safety responsibilities as key to our business and are committed to providing the highest standards throughout, which is directly reflected in our ever-improving incident records. In 2010 MSL established an internal Health & Safety Committee to specifically focus on improving and maintaining our high standards throughout the company. Mechanical Services is committed to conserving the environment and natural resources. We operate an environmental management system, which meets the ISO 14001 standard.
