We specialize in assisting rural communities and water districts in meeting their various public works needs. We bring years of experience to our role as the trusted adviser allowing us to bring uniquely creative solutions to today’s complex regulatory and funding hurdles. Garnett is currently the Pittsfield, Illinois Office Manager and brings 23 years of experience to this new position as a Vice President.
