Our mission is to leverage the collective wisdom and power of our network of human services nonprofits to develop new structures and solutions in order to solve complex problems and build a more equitable society.. We provide innovative solutions so that our members can focus on what matters most—their mission. Paul social service agencies started to gather informally in the mid-90s, their mission was simple—to share information. In 1999 they formally incorporated as the Metropolitan Alliance of Community Centers and focused their attention on peer learning, joint conferences and leadership trainings. For 10-years, it leveraged the services of administrative experts in the areas of HR and IT, among others to provide a foundational strength in back-end administration so that individual non-profits could focus on what matters most—their mission.
