Our goal is to produce fully carbon-neutral houses by 2028, 22 years ahead of the construction industry. We are transforming residential construction through fast and versatile modern design that reduces time, labor, and waste. Using innovative material science, robotics, and automation, we’re working to make carbon-neutral housing a reality for everyone. With traditional construction causing 27% of CO2 emissions, meeting the housing need while protecting the planet requires a paradigm shift. By using innovative 3D printing, robotics, and automation, we build beautiful, customizable home kits with 99% less waste and will have a lower carbon footprint than homes traditionally constructed. First 3D printed ADU model gains traction, leading to a 79,000 sq.ft. Founded by Slava Solonitsyn and Dmitry Starodubtsev to reinvent home construction. Scott Gebicke brings 11+ years as a leader in manufacturing innovation, most recently in several leadership roles at Jabil, including as president of the Industrial Division and of Jabil Defense & Aerospace.
