One of our trained surveyors can attend your site to determine the requirements of your system. In the education sector, we could survey your existing system and report back any recommendations supported with a quotation. For a new system, we can work with a specification or consult with our clients to create a specification. Our redeployable CCTV solution can be surveyed by Mytec but, depending on the desired camera location, may also need some input from your streetlighting team. | Our Bespoke Design service is where we feel we can bring numerous benefits, our designs are always undertook in consultation with our clients, we will always listen to the operational requirements and recommend a solution that is aligned to meet those needs. We are committed to providing the best advice and leading edge technology available, our solutions often break the barriers of convention, as an example of this our redeployable CCTV solution was originally designed to be purpose built for Wakefield Council but due to the flexibility of the unit we are now finding there is a real need in today’s market for an affordable solution which can be deployed within the hour. | Not every Installation is the same, our dedicated and professional team are focused on delivering the highest standard practically possible, if the system is installed correctly the risk of future system faults if greatly reduced which in years to come could save hundreds if not thousands of pounds on repairs that could have been prevented. All our Engineers are enthused to deliver the highest standard with a positive attitude and application, we pride ourselves in being approachable at all times and nothing is too much trouble. We can offer a fully comprehensive installation inclusive of Project Management, or a Commissioning only service if competent staff are available within Academy. All our Engineers are DBS checked. | Our commitment to retaining existing and potential new customers is the corner stone of our business, we pride ourselves in our ability to first time fix 80% of faults that are reported to our state of the art Helpdesk. Faults can be logged through our Zendesk software portal where we can monitor real-time fault reports to act instantly to either; remotely resolve the fault or get an engineer to site at an allocated time and date slot that suits you. As standard we intend to fix the majority of CCTV issues remotely but if required our engineers carry a comprehensive spares provision that enhances our ability to undertake a first time repair. Mytec operates a 24/7 service response telephone line - 01333 0124812. Day to day operational hours are Mon to Fri (excluding bank holidays) from 08.00 AM – 17.30 PM. Engineering staff and designated emergency management staff are available 24 hours a day. | Mytec’s specify & supply service is to ensure the correct equipment is specified at day one. For example, when selecting an additional camera, several elements must be considered. Which camera manufacturers are compatible with your existing system? Do you have sufficient space on your system for an additional camera? What are you trying to view? What’s the best mounting height? What lens will be required? Will the proposed camera location be prone to excessive sunlight? Could the camera be prone to vandalism? The list goes on! All the above must be properly considered to ensure the equipment you select is fit for purpose. Mytec work with our clients offering technical support throughout the selection process. Specify & supply is also designed to reduce cost, with Mytec delivering the kit to site for your inhouse labour to install. If required, Mytec can provide installation and commissioning labour to ensure the system is correctly configured. The idea with our specify & supply service is to assist at the early stages but usually after the first couple of projects the client will feel they have an understanding of what they require and simply contact us to request a quotation for any additional equipment.
