N3D Group - Consulting Engineers

We are comfortable in designing small to very large projects, either renovation or new construction, with any type of delivery method. David serves as a Principal for N3D Group as well as the firms’ electrical and lighting designer. N3D Group was founded in 2013 by Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection professional engineers that wanted to bring their expertise to multiple clients. The Principals founding N3D Group have many years of experience designing projects for; Elementary, Middle, and High Schools (P-12), State Agencies, Universities, Commercial, Industrial, Military, Municipalities, and Government Services Administration (GSA) Design Build. We want to use this knowledge and provide a firm that focuses on the long term needs of the Building, Systems, and Owner. N3D Group is located in Lexington, KY and we are comfortable working anywhere in KY and surrounding states. We focus on a strong involvement during construction phase of projects by providing quick turnaround of submittals and field reports.
