At Plumbdog, we believe in supplying the best tradespeople and the most advanced technology available. However, Plumbdog is a pioneer, and now, due to our size and initiative, we can provide our excellent staff training; another area we are cocking a leg on the competition! Watch for our up-and-coming Plumbdog Pups trained by our Top dogs. We’re fully housetrained at Plumbdog, promising to use dustsheets in all areas that we work, never put our tools on a client’s surface (such as a workbench or even floor), permanently remove rubbish and clean up after ourselves (including spraying and wiping down surfaces). We are realistic in that not everyone will share our vision, but they are simply in the wrong job if they don’t believe it!

We are strong believers in that we don’t fail, we learn. And over the years collectively we have learnt a LOT! We have two main goals for Lillian Kelly moving forward and they are: create awesome looking things, and treat the client right. We want you to not only be proud of the work done, but to feel welcome in our club and happy with the whole process. There are many ways to skin a cat as they say, and everyone is different, so we will continue to learn and continue to evolve. We hate stories of neglected clients, and unworthy jobs. Every client is part of us and every job is a chance for us to shine.

Like our clients, we aren’t keen on “this is how it’s always been done.” We want to do what works best for you in today’s world. Today, we work with companies of all types and sizes to deliver services with boundless creativity, data-driven insights, and never-settle quality.

At capture the talent, We like to challenge stereotypes. We're never going to be one of those companies who say 'this is how we've always done things'. A little bit because we're a year old and we haven't been doing lots of things, but mainly because it's a crap way of working. We're not going to tell you that we're disruptive. We're not even going to use the words 'game changing' or 'industry leading' and we definitely won't make any references to the military.

We have 40 years of experience ranging from COBOL on big iron, through the invention of the modern internet, to Neural Nets and more. Basics of Dog Training is a passion project of ours.
