Our Vision: To be the best global innovative solution provider of injection molding products. In 2012 PRISM Plastics opened its 3rd facility adding 26,000 square feet of additional manufacturing space. PRISM Medical Products is founded to bring PRISM’s strong injection molding process capabilities to this market. First manufacturing site opens and new, all electric injection molding machines equipped with robotic part removal and automated packaging systems are installed. PRISM Plastics manufactures high-precision injection molded plastic components with a focus on tight tolerance automotive parts used in safety critical, electronic components, fuel systems products, steering systems and drivetrain components. Each of our work cells are fully automated with closed loop manufacturing where each component ranging from the molding machines, robots, grinders and conveyors which are standardized and are all digitally linked to one another. Our production monitoring system is networked for real-time efficiency management, part discrimination, and a record of key processing variables for every shot produced. PRISM’s tooling operation located in Meadville, PA is an innovative precision tool and mold making facility that is fully integrated with PRISM’s in-house design and full-service production capabilities.
