Firmamız elektrik , elektronik ve otomasyon cihazlarının tasarımı, üretimi, pazarlanması ile elektrik ve otomasyon uygulalamalarının projelendirilmesi, taahüdü veya denetlenmesi konularında faaliyet göstermek üzere 11-11-1987 tarihinde Enel Endüstriyel Elektronik Tic. ve San. Ltd. ismi ile Ankara'da Recep Güray (Elektrik Mühendisi İTÜ/73) yöneticiliğinde kurulmuştur. Faaliyetlerine uzmanlaştığı konularda yoğunlaştırma kararı ile isim değişikliği yapmıştır. 02.08.2000 tarihinden itibaren Proge Mühendislik Ticaret ve Sanayi Ltd.Şti. adı ile faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir.
