A regional Architecture firm, headquartered in South Charlotte, RAD offers architectural, master planning, renovation and design services to both public and private clients. RAD is a LEED Accredited firm comprised of creative professionals with extensive experience in a wide range of projects including medical facilities, hotels, assisted and senior living, mixed-use developments, multi-family, retail centers and renovations of all kinds. The projects were delivered using the latest Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology providing a higher level of coordination and documentation that assisted with the permitting and construction processes. Matt has over 25 years of experience as a project manager of complex building types, ranging in construction value from $2 million to over $75 million. Jeremy has over 19 years of experience as a Project Designer and Project Manager, and acts as an Adjunct Professor for the University of North Carolina – Charlotte.
