Our products include tin plate and tin-coated sheet, galvanized steel, pre-painted steel, cold roll steel, aluminum and stainless. Randall Metals is founded by Larry Leffingwell, working out of a sales office in Bannockburn, IL. Construction begins on our Salisbury, NC plant, and later in the year, production begins in Salisbury with a 48" Stamco and a 14" Rafter slitter. Production begins in Elk Grove Village with the purchase of a 60" Chicago slitter. The majority of our production and shipping moves to the East Chicago plant and the Ship AS/IS warehouse closes. A state-of-the-art 72" Athader slitting line is installed in our East Chicago plant. With 150+ years of combined expertise, Randall Metals Corporation offers excellence in the processing and distribution of tight-tolerance, flat-rolled steel products for the automotive, consumer and commercial industries. Plus, our clean, efficiently run facilities offer precision, state-of-the-art custom slitting and industry leading packaging that provide you with the highest-quality product on the market.
