Since December 2014 BluGem has achieved ongoing TÜV SÜD BABT Attestation approval, which certifies our products are compliant with the Communications Act for the UK Ofcom Metering & Billing Direction. Having used BluGem TCGs for several years to ensure completeness and accuracy for domestic Retail usage, we were confident that they would be the right choice for our rapidly growing Wholesale business. Thanks to BluGem’s experience and flexibility, process and leakage issues were identified and resolved quickly that have paid for the service several times over, and we had no hesitation in recently extending that contract to support our Wholesale business through continuing growth and transformation. We selected BluGem to test our IMS platform based on the accuracy of their IMS/SIP test call solution and independent CDR usage and rating verification services. BluGem detected several issues from the testing, which were subsequently fixed by Sure and retested by BluGem. BluGem was able to offer a complete and thoughtful assessment - generating test calls to ensure that our wholesale carrier, international carrier and local soft switch CDRs and billing were all compliant. Overall, we are glad we made the move from our previous supplier. We deliver out of the box systems and tailored solutions quickly and efficiently.
