Because we believe that key decision-makers hold a heavy weight on businesses’ transformation, they need to be equipped to steer the business toward true transformation. We empower them with the necessary knowledge in our facilitation workshops that provide an understanding of the Mining Charter, B-BBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development. We also offer public consultation as per MPRDA requirements.
