We provide high-quality education and care for the huge range of needs that exists across the behaviour spectrum, and operate over two sites to deliver core subjects and additional curriculum such as BTEC qualifications, humanities, art, and ICT. At Break Through, we are passionate about embodying our ethos and values through and through, and this is seen and felt by everyone who visits the school. We offer a structured environment centred on a meaningful and contextualised curriculum offer. We offer a range of core therapies to support learners with their learning and developmental needs, including one to one counselling sessions and Speech and Language Therapists. To provide a holistic approach to supporting our young people in their quest to thrive, we offer additional activities such as school council, PAD training (boxing) with our trained staff, as well as 1:1 academic support for Key Stage 4 students. We strive to provide additional clubs according to learner interest and demand. Our curriculum delivers learning in ‘Employability’ and our Key Stage 4 learners are able to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award. We believe that caring and respecting is what changes the behaviour of young people.

WestBridge is a non-profit organization that specializes in treating people experiencing mental illness with or without substance use. WestBridge provides Men’s Residential Treatment, a Men’s Community Integration Program, and a Men’s Extension of Services Program. WestBridge’s Residential Treatment Program has been CARF accredited since 2010 and is dually licensed by the State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services for mental health and substance use treatment. Today, WestBridge is nationally recognized for the positive recovery outcomes achieved by our participants with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. We are also using our co-occurring disorders expertise to treat people with primary mental health needs, while focusing on substance use disorder prevention to mitigate risk factors.

Since 2009 our mission has been to guide young adults towards independence through evidence-based clinical therapies, community support and practical skill-building. We offer a range of living options to support every client over the course of their treatment journey. Continuum of care: we offer comprehensive day and evening services, supported living opportunities and individualized life skills training for young adults looking to further their independence. Helping bridge the gap between traditional inpatient and outpatient care: our flexible support offers clients varying levels of intensity that align with their specific clinical needs and life goals.
