WestBridge is a non-profit organization that specializes in treating people experiencing mental illness with or without substance use. WestBridge provides Men’s Residential Treatment, a Men’s Community Integration Program, and a Men’s Extension of Services Program. WestBridge’s Residential Treatment Program has been CARF accredited since 2010 and is dually licensed by the State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services for mental health and substance use treatment. WestBridge is committed to using Evidence-Based Practices that have been proven to work. Today, WestBridge is nationally recognized for the positive recovery outcomes achieved by our participants with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. We are also using our co-occurring disorders expertise to treat people with primary mental health needs, while focusing on substance use disorder prevention to mitigate risk factors.

Since 2009 our mission has been to guide young adults towards independence through evidence-based clinical therapies, community support and practical skill-building. We offer a range of living options to support every client over the course of their treatment journey. Continuum of care: we offer comprehensive day and evening services, supported living opportunities and individualized life skills training for young adults looking to further their independence. Helping bridge the gap between traditional inpatient and outpatient care: our flexible support offers clients varying levels of intensity that align with their specific clinical needs and life goals.

We are inspired every day by public school leaders across the country who are building programs to support students with mental health needs. But at that time, most schools did not offer student mental health support and finding a local therapist that took our insurance was almost impossible. That's why we've dedicated our mission to supporting the incredible school leaders across the country who make a difference every day. At Daybreak, we believe that mental health is the foundation not just for every young person's wellbeing, but for their ability to access education and opportunity. Trusted by top school districts across the country, representing more than 1 million enrolled students. Unlike other providers who offer short-term transitional care, our model treats students to a place of concrete improvement—symptomatically, functionally, and behaviorally—over the course of their 12+ week program. We have specialized sub-programs built for their unique needs.

TBI Behavioral & Residential Consultants (TBRC) provides the community with a variety of client-driven, person-centered services and programs designed to treat the whole person. We also offer telehealth sessions, call our office to learn more.

Our services for children, youth, and families include skills training, case management, therapeutic foster care, parent education, counseling, and substance use services. For adults, we provide behavioral and mental health support, substance use services, case management, and employment support. Our services are provided by behavioral health technicians under the supervision of licensed clinicians. We are continually refining and developing new behavioral health programs to meet our communities’ changing needs.
