We provide asset and infrastructure services that support and enhance our client’s objectives. GGGI was hired to provide Clerk of Works services for a multifaceted construction project that had been experiencing significant difficulty and schedule delay. The GGGI team have been able to assist both the general contractor and the consultant to resolve complex site issues. Although we are early in the process and project timeline, as presented by the consulting team of Gordon+Gordon Group, the preliminary request for information, start up meeting and the first briefing session to review and refine the information as presented in the preliminary request have been informative, engaging and strategic. We then retained your services to act as the owner’s representative to oversee the completion of the building; deal with deficiencies, and further changes initiated by the owner. GGGI provided services in relation to construction schedule assessment, contractor resource assessment, risk assessment and evaluation of progress on site for a key project. GGGI demonstrated a high degree of technical knowledge and expertise and a deep understanding of the complexities of construction contracts. We begin by ensuring there is a clear, common vision for the project and that the supporting objectives are captured.
