Für die Grundlagenforschung zur Nanomesstechnik und Nanofabrikation der TU Ilmenau wurde mit der Nanofabrikationsmaschine NFM-100 ein System realisiert, welches zum einen die Abtastung von Oberflächen (AFM) und zum anderen die Bearbeitung mittels Feldemissions-Rastersondenlithographie erstmalig in einem xy-Verfahrbereich von Ø100 mm möglich macht. Die proaktive und agile Arbeitsweise der Kollegen des IMMS ist ein wesentlicher Baustein für unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg.“.
