Prothermoform utilizes highly modified rotary and shuttle thermoforming machines to form a wide variety of materials with deep draw ratios and complex shapes. Prothermoform has large part capability up to 6 x 11 feet and can form sheets .060” through to .500” thick. Since opening in 2008, Prothermoform has been growing each year with the addition of new equipment and talented personnel - both paramount to our success. Prothermoform is continuously advancing the thermoforming process, with new software, controls and forming techniques. The Prothermoform team have over 60 years of combined experience. Prothermoform offers a complete range of services, including CNC cutting up to 6 x10 feet.

At Prensoplas we also have modern machinery for traditional thermoforming. We are leaders in the Twin Sheet sector since 1996. At Prensoplas we design aluminum molds for thermoforming and various materials for polyurethane injection.
