Our ScaleHub portal is a crowdsourcing platform that takes traditional data extraction to the cloud and provides access to both public and private crowd communities globally. Ralf Göbel brings to ScaleHub senior management nearly 20 years of dedication to product development and document process automation solution implementations. ScaleHub’s technology helps us to increase our customer satisfaction and fulfill our delivery commitment always within our contractual guaranteed SLA. We focus on helping shared service centers (SSCs) and business process outsourcers (BPOs) scale their business by tapping into a virtual workforce and our managed data processing services. Previous roles include CEO, president, CMO, and general manager, and a variety of sales, product, channel, and mergers and acquisitions roles at tech giants. With a background in crowd workforce solutions, Mike's leadership experience complements that of ScaleHub's management team. Previous roles include CTO and VP, as well as product development and management experience with the Xbound platform and components.
