Capital D is a next generation private equity investor backing the winners of the disruption economy. We seek innovative businesses that disrupt and transform their industries and typically achieve outsized growth vs. We invest at the intersection of mega, technological and behavioural trends, and we believe in agility and purpose as value creation drivers. We operate at the cross section of growth and mid-market buyout investing, focussed on European headquartered companies with global ambitions. We focus on a small number of portfolio companies per fund and our minimum initial equity cheque is €20 million.
