We are experts on electrostatics protection and particle-induced problems. Our products offer real time in-situ measurements of electrostatic charges on photomasks, wafers, circuit boards, and other parts. Our products are there as well: Based on more than 30 years of experience we develop measuring systems to monitor electrostatic charges. Estion is a small team of experts on electrostatics and particle protection. Based on our combined experience we develop measuring instruments able to perform in-situ measurements, as well as consulting, equipment qualification certifications, and training in these markets. Thomas Sebald founded Estion Technologies KG (equivalent to limited partnership) in 1999 as a consulting firm.
