Onconova Therapeutics

Onconova’s novel, proprietary multi-kinase inhibitor narazaciclib (ON 123300) is being evaluated in two separate and complementary Phase 1 dose-escalation and expansion studies. Onconova’s product candidate oral rigosertib is currently in a dose-escalation and expansion Phase 1/2a investigator-initiated study targeting patients with advanced KRAS+ lung adenocarcinoma in combination with nivolumab. Onconova Therapeutics was incorporated in 1998 in Delaware and began trading on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the ticker symbol ONTX in July, 2013. Onconova Therapeutics is led by a leadership team with significant expertise in targeted cancer therapeutics, clinical development, and commercialization. Fruchtman joined Onconova in January 2015 as Chief Medical Officer. Guerin joined Onconova Therapeutics in September 2013 to augment the financial reporting, forecasting, and internal controls capabilities of the company following the IPO in July 2013. Victor Moyo joined Onconova Therapeutics in June 2023 as Consulting Chief Medical Officer and transitioned to Chief Medical Officer in October 2023.
