With rich origins, SweGaN was founded by a team of researchers at Linköping University’s internationally distinguished technology department bringing unique expertise in both GaN and SiC technology. Today, semiconductor manufacturer SweGaN develops and produces custom made benchmark-performance Gallium Nitride on Silicon Carbide (GaN-on-SiC) epitaxial wafers based on our ground-breaking QuanFINE™ growth technology. Our vision is to continuously improve our products and services, enabling our customers to position and flourish in the future. SweGaN’s Quality and Environmental Management System has been certified based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, February 2024. SweGaN is committed to quality, delivery time, and environmental impact, which can only be realized through continual improvement of our certified Quality and Environmental Management System.
